Privacy Policy

YaoFlow has no sign-up, no login, no user profiling, no advertising, and no ad trackers. This is a product decision, not just a policy statement.

Your question and cast: used to generate the reading. For paid readings, the question, line values, and resulting text are retained with that payment record so you can revisit the reading via your link.

Payment information: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe collects your email and payment method under its own privacy policy.

One-matter-one-cast history: to remind you not to re-ask the same question, your recent questions and hexagram names are stored in your own browser's localStorage and never sent to our server. Clearing your browser data deletes it.

Server logs: IP address and request time, kept briefly to prevent abuse and debug failures.

DeepSeek provides the language model that writes the reading. Your question and the computed chart are sent to it for processing under its privacy policy. Please do not include names, government IDs, medical records, passwords, or similar sensitive details in your question — describe the situation; identity is never needed.

Stripe handles payment, tax, and fraud protection.

Beyond these necessary providers, we do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

Casts that are not paid for are not persisted on our server. Data for paid readings is kept for up to 30 days, after which the link may stop working.

To have a paid reading's data deleted sooner, write to ripgtxgt@gmail.com with your reading link.

Our server is in Japan, AI processing is performed by DeepSeek (mainland China), and payment by Stripe (United States and its global infrastructure). Using the site means you understand and accept this. If you would rather your question not be processed this way, please do not submit it.
